Choose between our lovingly curated 3- or 5-course menu, or explore a small à la carte selection—available in the restaurant, at the bar, and through room service. A special children’s menu is also available for our youngest guests.

Look forward to festive delights such as wild duck terrine with cranberries and pistachios, chestnut foam soup with black walnut and cinnamon froth, sturgeon pot-au-feu with tomato broth and chorizo, and tender Wellington-style beef fillet from Austrian pasture-raised cattle.
