Celebrate Christmas Day with family and friends over a festive brunch at Elstar. On December 25th, from 12 to 3 p.m., we’ll take you on a culinary journey filled with delightful flavors and lovingly prepared specialties.

Start with fresh appetizers like Caesar salad with Grana Padano, beetroot tartare with apple and brioche, or tuna tataki with avocado.

At our live stations, enjoy tender beef tartare and juicy ribeye from Assaredo beef, served with glazed chestnuts and port wine jus. A warming beef consommé with pancake strips, along with freshly prepared egg dishes from the kitchen, set the stage for a festive feast.

For main courses, we offer both traditional and modern favorites:
Roast duck with apple red cabbage and mugwort jus,
Corn-fed chicken supreme with tomato and cream cheese cannelloni,
